Brief Biography

Rebecca Korinek began her career in family law in 2007 as a conflict resolution assistant.  After graduating from Loyola Law School in December 2014, Rebecca became a family law associate at Feinberg, Mindel, Brandt & Klein, the largest family law firm in Los Angeles County. While attending Loyola Law School, Rebecca studied at night and worked during the day, including for two Los Angeles Superior Court family law judges.  In 2019, Rebecca formed her own law and mediation practice in Huntington Beach to serve families in Orange County and Los Angeles County.

Rebecca has experience working on complex cases involving issues such as competing jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, child custody modifications, child move-away cases, and child support. In every case, Rebecca works to keep the best interest of the children at the forefront of each party’s mind. Rebecca also works on cases involving modification or establishment of child support and/or spousal support, as well as domestic violence and division of assets and debts.

Even in high-conflict, family disputes, Rebecca is settlement-oriented. Rebecca guides her clients through every step of the process and tailors the case strategy to meet each client’s individual needs.

Because litigation can feel daunting and unfamiliar to clients who have everything on the line, such as their children or their home, Rebecca prides herself on helping her clients feel reassured by developing a plan of action. Rebecca’s primary goal is to help her clients receive a fair resolution as efficiently as possible.
